Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms were very comfy with all the usual facilities you'd expect, and I even had an outdoor patio with garden furniture and amazing views over the 18th green to enjoy, along with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no light above the door in the corridor, making it hard to find where to put the key card to turn on the lights.
The hotel has nice rooms, but for the price, I didn't expect two single beds pushed together. The facilities' opening and closing times were inconvenient, and there was a buzzing noise from the air conditioning. Being located on a main corridor with constant traffic was noisy and poorly designed.
The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, although be aware of wandering ducks that thankfully did not leave a trail. The beds were gorgeous but uncomfortable. The service was a mix of helpfulness and inexperience, with some staff being abrupt and uninterested. The location had both stunning features like Laconium and salt sauna with natural daylight but also areas that were dirty and dusty. The dining experience offered delicious options but with some disappointments. Overall, the facilities provided a mix of positive and negative aspects.
